HyperOS 3 Global Beta Testing: How to Apply via Xiaomi Community

 

HyperOS 3.0 Global Beta Testing:

Xiaomi officially posted in twitter that how to apply for beta testing in X formerly known as Twitter. Xiaomi clearly posted process to apply for BETA testing through Xiaomi Community. Previously Xiaomi made an announcement that Xiaomi 15T Series are launching on September 24th 2025 along with HyperOS 3. So Xiaomi started the process of BETA testing program ahead of launch for faster rollout of updates.

Steps to Apply for BETA Testing:

Follow these steps to apply for BETA Testing:

• Download Xiaomi Community: Click on download to install Official Xiaomi Community Download.

• Login with Account: If you have an MI account login with your account or Sign up with Google.

• Home Page: In the home page click on "ME" as shown in the above image.

• Settings Page: In the settings page click on "BETA Testing" as shown in the above image.

• BETA Testing: In my device I have already applied for BETA Testing, if you didn't apply it shows "APPLY" at your device name. Click on APPLY.

• Give Positive Reply: Once you clicked on "APPLY" you will receive a quiz type form. Select all the positive answers, if you feel stuck get help from ChatGPT.

• Wait for Approval: Once you submitted the form for BETA Testing, your application will be in pending state. It will take few days for approval may be under 1 week based on your score.

• After Approval: If your application is "PASSED" as shown in the image above, you will receive updates through OTA once the build is ready.

Some con's in BETA Testing:

Though if you apply for BETA Testing for faster updates, the update may cause issues in the device. like bricking, green line issues, bugs and many issues. If you are agreed with that you can proceed with the update.

Key issues in the BETA Testing:

• BUGS.

• Bricking the device.

• Less stable builds.

• Some experimental features.

• Hanging the device.

If you can handle these issues then you can apply for BETA Testing.

Conclusion:

Xiaomi will rollout BETA Updates most probably from 1st week of October globally. So ready to experience next generation of software experience with HyperOS 3.
